So Many Books. So Little Time. Let's Review!

It’s Friday Again: What Are You Reading?

reading elephant

Another week gone by, and time to find out what everyone is reading this week. I’m still working on the Mistborn Trilogy by Brandon Sanderson, my first true Fantasy book, and I have to say, I’m really enjoying it. If Sanderson isn’t the most lyrical writer I’ve ever read, he’s certainly one of the most imaginative, and his world-building is so much fun. Even the scary bits!  I’m well into the last of the three books, and hope to finish in time to review this next week.

Now it’s your turn. Don’t be shy! What are YOU reading this week? As always, inquiring minds wanna know.

I just finished James Rollins book the Eye of God–a Sigma Force novel. I think it’s the 9th in his thriller series about a group of scientists with special skills. Great mix of ancient history, science, conspiracies, doomsday events. My kindle is loaded so I’m not sure what to read next. Still have to do a review for another great book I read recently, James Martin’s The Jesuit Guide to (Almost) Everything–for readers of nonfiction with an interest in spirituality and ethics. The man has appeared several times on the Colbert show so some may know him from TV. Cheers! Celeste

    • Hi, Celeste!

The Sigma Force stuff sounds pretty interesting, in particular. I’m taking notes as always. Thanks for stopping by today. I’m writing, and waaaaay behind on it, too! Ack. Good to see you!
