    • You’re very welcome, Geri. Your chili recipe was great, and I love that you include scones or cornbread recipes with each dish. Very cool book. I’m still running behind today, but hope to get a quick review up before bed. (I’m not giving up yet!)

  2. It’s not actually cornbread or scones with each recipe but there is a side that’s a good complimentary dish included to go with each main. 😉

FYI, I don’t go by “geri”, I’ve known too many Geri’s and Jerry’s in my life that I didn’t like LOL to use that nickname.

No biggie re: a review. I realise that vegetarian recipes don’t appeal to everyone and I’m sure you’re busy with other stuff.

    • I could have sworn you wrote me and said I should call you Geri! I’m so sorry. I must have you mixed up with someone else. I was feeling bad because I kept forgetting and calling you Geraldine, and thought I finally remembered tonight. 😯 I won’t forget again, for sure.

I haven’t gotten all the way through the book yet, so I was just pleased that there were so many cool bread recipes, even for bread machines. I did notice the hummus and garden salsas, too.

I’m not a vegetarian, but I like ways to add more vegetables to our weekly diet, and some of your dishes can be served alongside a meat dish, too. I like a bowl of chili along with burgers, myself, from time to time. So I think both vegetarians and non-vegetarians will enjoy the book.
