Blogs I Love A Lot Part 2

In keeping with my new plan to share links to interesting blogs I’ve found now and then, here are two more I really enjoy.  Hope you’ll check them out.  And if you do drop by, be sure to let the author know if you liked some of the posts.  And don’t forget to comment, too.  It will make them feel good!

Silver Birch Press

Silver Birch Press lists itself as “New Voices in Fiction, Non-fiction, Plays & Poetry.”  It’s an independent publishing company out of  Los Angeles, and you can always find interesting things to read there.  I’m especially fond of the poetry posts and the quoted comments by famous authors on the craft of writing.  I learn something new about writing every time I visit, and I think almost anyone could find some poetry or other offerings they would enjoy.  Check it out!

Everyday Explanations

Blogger Lauren Volpone has created a very interesting blog on why we do the things we do.  She backs up her observations with facts gleaned from various research sources, and I personally find her topics fascinating.  A stop by her blog always tells me things about myself I didn’t know before.  Or if I did, I wasn’t admitting it.  See what you think.

  1. Thank you for the compliment! I genuinely appreciate it, especially since you always have an interesting perspective on what you read!

And I’ve put aside Thanksgiving to read Love Walked In.

  2. Hi, Lauren! So glad you stopped by. And you are welcome. I meant every word. Your blog is very interesting, and makes readers stop and think…always a good thing!

Oh, I hope you enjoy Love Walked In as much as I did. PLEASE stop back by and post a comment on that thread after you’ve read the book. I’m eager to see what you think, good or bad.

Thanks for visiting here! Come back often! And have a great week!
